Using the very best locally sourced, seasonal produce, Davide is cooking up two amazing 5-course tasting menus - one meat/fish and one vegetarian - for you to chose from.

Bringing to the plates different combinations of flavours coming from the roots of Italian gastronomy, respecting the tradition but with some modern twists that will blow your mind and palate!
